Ronnie Lott, President

Ronnie attended the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a degree in Public Administration. He played for the Trojans in 2 Rose Bowls (1979 and 1980), was named All American and was team captain in 1980. In 2002, Ronnie was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Ronnie’s impressive football career spanned 14 seasons in the NFL, playing for the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Raiders, New York Jets and the Kansas City Chiefs. As one of the greatest defensive backs in football history, he has earned such honors as NFL’s 75th Anniversary All-Time Team, John Madden’s Hall of Fame, and was inducted into the 2000 Class of Pro Hall of Fame enshrinees along with former teammate Joe Montana, Howie Long, Dave Wilcox and Dan Rooney. Ronnie’s career highlights include being a member of four Super Bowl Championship teams and making ten Pro Bowl appearances.

In the business world Ronnie is involved in several endeavors. In 1998 Ronnie and former teammate Keena Turner purchased Tracy Toyota, which has been awarded the prestigious Toyota President’s Award in 2002 and 2003 – given to a dealership for demonstrating a commitment to maintaining Toyota’s highest standards for customer satisfaction. In 2004, Ronnie acquired Mercedes Benz of Medford.

Ronnie has spent his post playing career involved in many community organizations—giving back to the community that he feels gave so much to him when he was growing up. With the belief that “you can always do more,” Ronnie Lott founded All Stars Helping Kids in 1989, a non profit organization which helps disadvantaged youth nationwide. He is also a Board Member for Villa Montalvo, Play it Smart, and the Tipping Point.

Keena Turner

A native of Chicago, Keena Turner began his football career at Chicago Vocational High School, home of football legend, Dick Butkus. He attended Purdue University and while there, Keena was a two-time All Big Ten, All American and Boilermakers’ MVP. In 2006, his alma mater inducted him into the university’s athletic Hall of Fame.

In 1980, Keena was drafted in the second round by the San Francisco 49ers and played outside linebacker with the “Team of the Decade” until his retirement in 1990. His eleven-year contribution to the team resulted in four Super Bowl wins and a trip to the Pro Bowl. He championed the 49ers to victory as Captain of the 1984 team and was subsequently chosen by his teammates as the “Len Eshmont Award” recipient for his courageous and inspirational play.

After the NFL, Keena continued his association with the 49ers, working in Player and Community Relations. In 1992, he joined his former coach and mentor, Bill Walsh, at Stanford University, where he served as an assistant coach until 1995.

Upon leaving Stanford, Keena launched his radio and television career. This fall, Keena will begin his 12th season as the color analyst for 49ers’ preseason games on KPIX Channel 5, as well as his role as co-host of the 49ers Preview Show (CBS airing Saturday evenings). Keena has held various positions with the 49ers over the past decade including his current role as Vice President of Football Affairs. In June of 2000, Keena opened a Toyota dealership in Tracy – TRACY TOYOTA – with his partner and former teammate, Ronnie Lott.

Keena’s dedication to excellence is not limited to the playing field. He has been a constant supporter of The Koret Family House in San Francisco for the past 20 years. In Tracy, California, Keena created a student essay contest for the Middle School system emphasizing the importance of academics. In its thirteenth successful year, The Keena Turner Boys and Girls Clubs Golf Tournament bringing the total raised to well over $1.3 Million.

Linda Turner

Native of suburban Chicago, Linda graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has worked both in the private and non-profit sectors, before switching gears to family and volunteerism. Since 1987, Linda has been affiliated with Koret Family House in San Francisco. It’s a home away from home for critically ill children and their families who are being treated at UCSF Medical Center. She is currently serving on the organization’s board of directors. For the past 13 years, Linda has also been a member of The Tracy Boys & Girls Clubs board, and has just wrapped up her term as President. Linda is married to Keena Turner, and they live with their children in Tracy, California.
